"The breakfast was very good, could even make your own waffles. The shuttle from the airport was nice. The cleanness of the hotel was quite nasty. If we wouldn't have gotten in at 11pm I would have left but after a 14 hour flight to tired. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and some on the walls. I couldn't even take a shower becuase it felt to dirty. The sheets were clean and no bugs so that was a bonus. Checked out as soon as we could pick up rental car."

"The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features. "We're a local family and have stayed at the Hokulani twice in the last 6 months. It's definitely our new favorite and have zero complaints about the accommodations. Everything is great, from the bathroom to the kitchen. Just enough for everything you need for a stay with children or just two people. "I love the Sheraton, in particular because I have a young child…. The pool is the best for kids (although the water is constantly too cold!! That is one thing I wish they could change about this hotel). The jacuzzi is large though and there are two of them. The beach access is great, and there is a Lawson’s to get snacks.
