"This property had everything we needed for the two of us to enjoy a relaxing stay, although it is equipped to host a family with a couple of small children as well. The best feature is its location; it is right in the heart of the Old City, just a few minutes walk to the canals, outdoor market, Lake Annecy, and train station. We used the well-equipped kitchen to prepare many meals. The shower is smaller than what most Americans may be used to, but the large tub was most welcome. Pedestrian noise...

"Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place. Overall, nice stay."

"I liked that it was close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet which i like. The apartment is pleasant. "

"Superb location within walking distance of the old town, the Lake, railway station and local shops."

"The location couldn’t have been better, and the apartment was convenient and efficient. We would stay there again. "

"Très bon séjour en famille. L'appartement est vraiment super. Merci beaucoup ! PS: gros plus pour les serviettes de plage/lac"

"جميله"

"The apartment was well situated being close to Gare de l’Est and Gard de Nord and good food shopping areas and restaurants however it had peeling ceiling paint, badly scratched walls in the bedroom and burn holes in the lounge suite. Appliances were great but no oven. So, if that style suits then you should consider as quite roomy."

"overall it was a great stay! We found the property to be exactly as descrived."

"Séjour d’une soirée dans le chalet en pleine montagne avec la neige tout autour, un petit paradis. Très bien chauffée ! Les équipements de la cuisine, nous on permis de faire une bonne raclette ! Merci pour votre accueil !"

"Nicolas nous a très bien accueilli. Échange préalable pour être présent à notre arrivée. Logement conforme à l’annonce. Très propre, équipé des choses essentielles avec en plus les produits de toilette et d’entretien. Logement au calme à l’écart de la foule au bord du lac"
