"This was our favorite hotel during a 3 week trip to Spain. The room was the largest by far, breakfast cost was reasonable, staff was great, location excellent. We loved seeing the Camino’rs walking by, how central to many restaurants and sights. It is not easy to find, you think you are turning into a footpath off the roundabout but it is the right way. I found Apple Maps to be better than Google for this hotel. Air conditioning was cool and quiet. A perfect stay. "

"First, you must have a car if you plan to stay in Haro. Transportation, including taxis, are extremely limited and difficult to use. This fact is even more so if you stay at Hotel ITC Ciudad de Haro. This hotel is about a 25-minute walk uphill to the downtown area and you must cross a highway, which we were told multiple times is officially illegal. If you do have a car, this hotel is perfectly fine for a few nights, especially if you consider the cost. It is a great value. That said, don't expect a four star hotel. As others have noted, the hotel is old and has some deferred maintenance issues. Likewise, the WiFi is extremely slow so don't expect to stream anything or make WiFi calls. Finally, the staff at the hotel are wonderful. They were always helpful and attentive. Enjoy!"

"The staff was very friendly, they forgot to give us blankets and we run out of toilet paper. Food was available, coffee was tasty. This property is facing this beautiful cathedral, what makes it really special. Few restaurants nearby. "

"Nice stay in what I guess is a business/ conference hotel. Only draw back bar not open but plenty of options available locally. Easy parking with onsite underground car park. Breakfast good with cooked and continental selections available. Staff friendly and helpful. About 20 mins walk into centre of Logrono old town, straight forward route. "
