Navarre wedding weekend

Seven friends stayed at Sunset Terrace to attend a beach wedding of one of our closest friends for over 40 years. The condo was beautiful and it fit our group perfectly! Love the view and the easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay at Sunset Terrace again.

Amazing property

We booked this place for our family which included ot daughters, sons in love, and our 6 month old grandson. This was his first visit to the beach and it did not disappoint. Everyone had their own beds and own rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed to provide meals while we were there. The view was spectacular and we loved the private beach access. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!!

Sunset Terrace is a treasure!

From the location, cleanliness, beautiful style to spectacular location on the beach, this place was everything we needed. Loved being on the quiet end on Navarre Beach with private walkway over the dunes. The place was so clean and well cared for and when we needed some assistance, the Blue Moon folks were there in minutes, on a Sunday, with a smile. The bedrooms all have lovely furnishings. The ice maker fridge and outdoor shower were luxuries we did not know we needed. Our neighbors were so friendly too. We are coming back for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have dealt with a few other vacation rental companies in the past & none we as user friendly as Blue Moon. I had the opportunity to switch properties about a week before our stay & they made a risky move happen super smoothly. I love the personal touch we received. I will definitely be using Blue Moon in the future.

Lovely beach front location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfectly situated on the gulf with great views of sunrises and sunsets. But while clean it is in need of an update. The furniture is very uncomfortable as are the mattresses. It's too bad.

3 Generation Family Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sunset Terrace in 2018 and 2022. We love the layout and amount of space. The beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. Neighbor owners are very friendly. Our only issues: under-sink leak in top floor guest bathroom; oven thermostat seems off; cooktop took some getting used to. The ice-machine got a huge workout! The unit is clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Enjoyed a drink at Juana's while waiting on check-in, very efficient Blue Moon process. Favorite restaurants: Dave's Oyster Bar (local, not touristy) and Shaggy's on P'Cola Beach, but Flounders was a letdown in 2022. Attractions: Frisky Mermaid Blue Angels/Dolphin tour. Toured the Turtle Conservation Center, saw Sweet Pea. Great for little ones. You really just need to arrive with your swimsuit and towel. The condo has everything including a guest book with beach supplies, services, and restaurant information. My only request is later checkout. 9:00am meant our last evening was spent packing up and not enjoying every possible beach moment. Husband was able to use elevator (extra deposit) since he was recovering from compound ankle fractures/surgeries. We cannot wait to return to Navarre Paradise and hopefully this same unit!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've now stay here at the end of June 2 years in a row and have been fully satisfied with each stay. The layout provides ample space on the main floor to ensure movement doesn't get congested. The view from the main and upper decks are delightful and you just cannot beat stepping directly out on the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third Christmas spent at this sumptuous condo. Although not quite as luxuriously provisioned as it was pre-COVID ( I was a bit disgruntled with the lack of Kleenex), there can’t possibly be a more comfortable or beautiful condo rental on Navarre Beach, and I always feel blessed and pampered when I’m there!

Great Trip

Quality of building, furnishings, accessories, and appliances were high. The decks, bedrooms and comfortable living room were high points. Location on the beach is excellent. Made for a perfect family holiday trip. The only thing is a warning to veteran VRBO users is the basic start up items that you are used to are not there. trash bags, coffee filters, salt, pepper etc. will have to be purchased immediately. Just an inconvenience not a big deal but a surpise.

Sunset Terrace

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay and it was a wonderful property, perfect size for our group. The elevator was great for the elderly persons in our family. Two suggestions would be 1) Improving the Wi-fi since more people are working remote these days. The internet signal was poor and the router had to be restarted several times a day. 2)The exhaust fan in the kitchen was non-functional.
