Great 2 bedroom in a fantastic spot

Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my sister's birthday with some beach time. The location is amazing where you have easy beach access, or you can enjoy the view and sound of the waves right from the porch. Check in and out were a breeze, the basics were provided for us and vacasa had let us know beforehand what would be available in the condo, which i really appreciate. This unit was a great choice for us for our Navarre Beach trip!

Beach Get Away

My aunt and I booked this beach get away to visit with my sister, and we were very pleased with the apartment. I would certainly recommend staying here, and we have already done so to our friends and family. Very clean, well appointed, and perfect spot with direct access to the beach.

Lots of space, we loved how much room the condo had! Gorgeous view as well. Only con is we were never able to get wifi (and could never speak with a person) so no TV which we would have only used at night. Enjoyed playing pickleball and pool was very refreshing. Also used grills which was handy.

Loved the views. So close to the beach. The 4th floor is such a perfect view. The walk to the beach is very short, with shower heads to rinse the sand off you before going back inside! We also lovvvved the steam bath. And lots of getting ready space in the condo if you have a lot of girls on your trip! We had a couple issues like wifi not working (which wasn’t a big deal to us, but could be for others) and the floors in our condo weren’t very clean. But the we really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo, safe location beautiful view

The condo itself was very spacious except for the second bedroom there was hardly any space to pull the trundle bed out the master suite is really nice but the second bedroom leaves a lot to be desired the door would not shut to the condo very well and the sliding glass doors to the balcony would barely function the property was very clean and well managed we really enjoyed the tennis court and the basketball court

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds, pillows- kitchen was amazing, we had all the pots and pans we needed- cooking and eating utensils. Only issue was water pressure- shower in master bedroom had very little pressure, toilet would not flush all the way- TV in master bedroom not working- or the remote (not sure which wasn’t working) excellent customer service when I needed to ask a question.

Reached out to property management 3 times via phone and sms and msg left with no responses. Kitchen sink leaked, had difficulties linking to wifi, and wanted to ask for late discharge. Condo was great location and very nice . Also no code provided to get back into gated area from beach.

Room 405 Review

Kitchen was very well appointed. Lots of utensils, plates, glasses, pots/pans etc. Washer/Dryer worked well. Balcony table/chairs very comfortable. Bathrooms in dire need of updates. Shower doors in guest bath nearly ineffective. Shower heads are poor quality, low pressure. Balcony doors very difficult to open.

Weak water pressure in showers and flushing toilets. Pool water cold with 12 chaise lounge chairs. Charcoal grills. Workers on scaffolds in front of patio. Limited view. Cannot see sunrise or sunset. Difficult to operate TV and lousy cable. Will not stay again. Disappounted.

Everything you could hope for

This property, and my visit was flawless. Pulling into the secured parking i couldn't help notice the prefecture manicured landscape, the clean building, and good sized parking spots. The way up to my room didn't disappoint either. Clean entrance and elevator. Once i walked into my room i was immediately greeted by a full wall patio door gazing at the ocean crashing into the white sand. Everything in that room was modern, clean, immaculent . Everything from the decorations, bathrooms was classy. 405 was obviously well loved and cared for. the property managers were amazing as well. Great communication, helpful. I couldn't have asked for more..... but there was more. This beautiful condo had its own steam room!!! I will definetly stay again T-rav

Weekend Stay at #405

We enjoyed our stay at Navarre Towers #405. It has a great layout and is well equipped. Proximity to the beach is superb. Condo was clean and ready to use when we arrived. A couple of repair issues to consider. Toilet stopper in main bathroom does not seat well and chain hangs up. This allows the toilet run until tank lid is lifted to fix. Happened several times. Seperately, toilet in bathroom off bedroom has a problem with flush handle. It would not lift stopper when we arrived. Should be replaced. Otherwise, everything else worked.

Nice space, foul odor

We enjoyed the layout of the condo and the beds were comfortable. There was a pervasive odor that was impossible to pinpoint and eradicate. We suspect it was from dirty carpet. Additionally, the kitchen faucet was missing the screen and sprayed everywhere when turned on. The shower in the master bathroom has terrible water pressure and was loose, spraying all over the room. The doorbell is also broken into pieces. If it weren’t for these inconveniences, we would rent this condo again.

Great location, but needs some TLC.

We have been coming to Navarre for over 20 years and it is our favorite beach! The best parts about this condo are the view, proximity to the Gulf, and the included beach service. I can't say we were impressed by the condo itself... While the kitchen and floors were updated, several issues mentioned in prior reviews had not been fixed (doorbell, sinks not draining, terrible water pressure, rogue shower head stream of water spraying the entire master bathroom...), and there were new issues. We had issues with both toilets not flushing and constantly having to manually flush them/fix the chain, the toilets flushed on their own or ran for several minutes randomly, the internet connection was not great, the AC literally wouldn't shut off, and on the last day a light fixture started falling out of the ceiling. And, it could have used a bit of a deeper clean instead of just smelling like clorox!
