The property was even more beautiful than the photos. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing host or stay. The aesthetic was phenomenal. The home was in great condition and the neighbors were friendly. Our teens were happy to have the pool as well as the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Family vibes

We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Short drive to the beach and very short walk to the pool and pier. I have never stayed in a place that had a garage and that was a very nice accommodation dealing with sand!

Location and Fun

This property is in a great location and has all the beach gear and kayaks to have a fun time. The pool was clean and enjoyable too. A few things we needed help with and the owner was very quick to respond.

Best family vacation ever!

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room. Perfect for our group of 8 and our stay was great! The kids loved access to the beach and kayaks. Beds were comfortable. Love the quietness of the area. We would rate it 100 stars if we could!

Beautiful View

We love staying here! This condo is beautiful and has a great view from the deck and windows. The grandchildren loved fishing from the dock and catching minnows in the sound (bay). The men loved taking out the kayaks that were provided with this unit. Glenda is a wonderful host!

Convenience is the best description of this property: number 15 of 40 is directly across from the pool and adjacent to a great bayside beach area. These accommodations worked well for our family of 8 including a one and five year old. Review the description and photos of the property to assist with your decision. Glenda was very responsive and we look forward to working with her again.

We all loooooooved Glenda’s townhome on the sound side with a pool out the front door, the sound/beach area a few feet from the balcony and the Gulf across the street!!! Everyone is ready and wanted to go back again next month!!! If you have never booked a townhouse before…shhhhhh! I won’t tell you about all of the space and convenience that you are missing as well as time saved packing extra items and then having to drag it to your spot on the beach. SMH! Keep booking those boring one level multi rise condos that are a “2 days walk” from your space in the sky! Lol! We don’t miss that at all!! Now we did have a hiccup w the dryer but Glenda got the repair main out ASAP and got it running again. Whenever I had a question prior to or after arrival she came through with an answer within the hour. WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND BOOK AGAIN!!! Thanks, Glenda!!!

Perfect Family Vacation spot!

This our second time staying at this lovely house! Our boys live fishing off the dock , and we had amazing sunsets , even dolphins chasing fish just a few feet away! The house was the perfect size. Also I Love the short walk to Tom Thumb and the pier.

So much better than the high rise condos on the beach

The sound side is very nice, less crowded. The property is well kept and everyone is nice. The owner was very helpful!

Perfect Vacation

This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location a PERFECT and the townhome had everything we needed. We spent more time on the sound than the gulf. Water on the sound side was calm and perfect. Plus, it’s literally right outside your back door. The area is quiet and calm with a relaxing atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation

Condo location was perfect. Everything was as described. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. This is a small quiet complex. The only downfall was some of the neighbors who live here full time were not so friendly. Other than that, everything was great.

Condo w/ amazing views!

Clean and roomy. A great condo located in Navarre. Great owner and close to everything. We had a wonderful stay and this condo is located in the prefect place. Wonderful beaches and entertainment within walking distance. Grocery store is only a couple mile drive. Destin is only 20 mins away for more great beaches. Glenda was amazing. We will be back.

Fantastic week!

The best part of this stay was the location. We loved the quick walk or ride to the beach, but had a great time relaxing in the sound which was steps out our door. The ocean toys and kayaks were fun to have provided, and the pool was very convenient. The area was quiet and the place was large enough to house us all comfortably. We will be back!

Great condo and location

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and once again we were so happy with everything. The condo is located in a great place and has everything you need. We had 3 teenagers and 1 pre-teen staying with us and they enjoyed everything, being close to the bay and the ocean are what makes this place incredible. The amenities are just as they are listed and you will have everything you need plus a beautiful view of the sunset every night.

Review

We were very happy with the location of the condo as to distance to the bay, the pool, the beach, and the pier. Unfortunately the AC went out on our second day and the condo 87 degrees when we returned that evening and Glenda had the repair guy there by 1pm the next day. Great response! However we did feel like the exit cleaning responsibilities list was a lot considering the amount of the cleaning fee charged.

Ok but needs maintenance

Overall we enjoyed the stay, enough space, clean beds, enough kitchen plates, pots and such, kayaks were nice to try out. Location was ok for March, we did lots of walking, but in summer heat, we prefer to stay closer to the gulf side so we do not need to carry all beach essentials in the hot weather. Too many stairs for us. The reason for overall 4 starts is that the unit is very outdated and needs maintenance- little fixes are needed all over, it was inconvenient to have no lights and fan working on bathroom. I tripped a few times on the stairs over the metal edge coming off, and moving carpet. The cabinets and draws are dirty, I had to clean what we used. There is a moldy smell in the basement room and garage. We didn't use that space so it worked out for us. The property can benefit from some deep cleaning and regular maintenance.

Really nice community really quiet and calm we love the pool and love the way it was just about 7 min walk to the beach. We dint pack any beach supplies they had everything the house was nice and clean the rooms were great size
