Perfect vacation for your family at Beachview Condominiums!  This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome is in the newer building at Beachview which fully faces the Gulf of Mexico.  Enjoy the warm gulf breeze from the balconies.  Access the beach by opening the sliding glass doors which face the gulf and walk down the rear balcony steps to the sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.  The living room is decorated in beach casual colors with two comfy sofas and an overstuffed chair to sit with family and catch up on the day's happenings.  Enjoy watching television on the wide-screen TV also in the living room.  The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances and everything that is needed to prepare fresh meals for the family to enjoy.  Gather around the large dining room table which seats 8 and catch up on the day's beach activities.  The master bedroom features a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with soaking tub, and a work desk for those who need a space to work with a view of paradise.  Guest bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed and a 1 twin.  Guest bedroom 2 also has 1 queen and 1 twin bed.  The laundry area has a washer and dryer to wash laundry as needed.  Enjoy the amenities of Beachview including a swimming pool and tennis courts. ***Saturday to Saturday - 7 night stay during Peak Seasons (6/1 to 7/31)

Great location in a nice Condo

We loved our stay on the beach. The location is nice and right on the beach with a short walk to the beach.

Taking it easy

Clean and roomy property located right on the gulf. Plenty of room for two families. Comfortable beds, great water pressure and lots of beach chairs and toys foe the kids. We enjoied the porch on the rainy days, and the sand on the others.

Nice oceanfront place!

We loved the size of this property, the decks, and the garage access/space - but most of all the closeness to the beachfront. Unfortunately, the beach is a bit crowded for our taste, but nice white sand/clear water in normal conditions (no hurricanes!). The space was clean when we arrived, but could use a little deep cleaning here and there, but otherwise well kept. We enjoyed our stay with family!

Navarre

The unit was perfect for a family of six adults and one teenager with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen was well supplied for our cooking needs. We had a problem with the coffee maker and the sink in one of the bathrooms, both of which were quickly resolved with one call to the property management office. We were steps from the beach which was wonderful. Plenty of shopping and food within minutes of the unit. We will definitely book again!

Love Beachview

Enjoyed our long weekend! Beach views and easy access to the pool and tennis court. Very clean and well equipped condo, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Loved our stay!
