SUNSHINE FOR RENT - 11th Floor

Newly Painted! New Furniture! 11th Floor

Imagine waking up, filling the Jacuzzi tub up with hot water and soaking up the beautiful sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is a part of the magnificent Beach Colony Complex. Each floor is private and keeps unwanted guests from being able to access your area. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach included in the rental.

As mentioned before this Condo sits right on the Beach. The beach has luxurious white smooth sand and clear emerald blue water. The area is perfectly populated, not like many overcrowded vacation spots.

The amenities of the condo are listed below. Some worth noting though are the fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, tile showers, washer, dryer and an amazing spacious wrap around balcony that connects to the master bedroom. The floor plan is great. A breakfast nook, dining room and living area flow perfectly. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedroom hosts two double beds, one large closet, a couple dressers and a TV. The living area has a very nice television to relax and enjoy some of your favorite movies.

The local area is amazing with great restaurants nearby. Our favorite restaurant, the Tiki Hut, is just a 5 minute walk to the corner. They have great breakfast food including pastries for the morning routine.

It’s a short walk or drive to a lot of the activities people look for. The place is great for kicking back and getting in some much needed R&R. Wave runner rentals are close, bike trails, beach volleyball, and a very nice pool are favorites.

The beach is great to enjoy during the day. Pull up a chair soak up the rays, head back up to the room and enjoy the view for a quick lunch and then go enjoy the beach or activities. At night you can enjoy the sunset and have a nice relaxing evening on the balcony or go out and enjoy the town.

We SO enjoyed our stay at this condo. Out of all the condos we've stayed in, this was our favorite. Gorgeous views from the 11th floor, the kitchen has any utensil/appliance you need. My favorite part was the condo was simple- it didn't have a bunch of nick nacks and things, which made it feel more like home. The couches were SO comfy, beds were very comfortable as well. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The beach colony itself was very well kept up, you would see staff cleaning daily and they were all so friendly. We cannot wait to return next year! Missy also checked in on us throughout our stay, she is very caring and very easy to reach. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for opening up your gorgeous condo!

The property was a very nice property and a very safe and clean area with a great oceanfront. I was a little disappointed after I paid for the property and the owner told me the big hot tub didn't work and that the table on the porch was going to be replaced soon. This was a total drag because I signed up for a really great apartment with everything in working order. The table on the porch that looked onto the magnificent view was a total pile of crap. We couldn't even eat or drink off of that thing.... As we hope to looking at the Gulf of Mexico. This landlord needs to quit relying on her past revenues and keep this property up and going and sharp. I believe she is losing her edge as a landlord and I will stay elsewhere on my next trip to Navarre.

It is a gorgeous, spacious condo. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The bed felt wonderful. Balcony was like a bonus outdoor room! Missy is excellent to communicate with. We had an amazing stay and are planning to come back next year!

Beautiful view amazing host

We will for sure be going back to Missy’s condo for our next stay! Amazing communication and great location. Her calls and texts for assurance of everything were greatly appreciated. My mother left medications behind and within 1-2 hours of checking out (we left at 5am) the cleaners were communicating how to get it mailed to us.Great place and we can’t wait to return!

Great view for the week

We had a wonderful stay with four adults. The view was beautiful, and the unit was comfortable and well furnished. We had one small issue upon arrival, and the owner was quick to respond. The master bed was a little firm for us personally, but still a great bed. The view from the lanai was incredible, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella such a treat! Would stay here again

Best experience with VRBO

This was by far the best experience we have had renting through VRBO. The condo was meticulously clean. It was well stocked and comfortable, and conveniently close to everything, the beach, restaurants and coffee. Our favorite part was the complimentary umbrella and beach chairs, such a luxurious touch. We will never stay anywhere else.

Wonderful!
