New AC system but do not set the AC below 68 and never leave sliding glass doors open while AC is on. Unit will freeze up & shut off.
Owners live out of state and there is no condo staff there after 5pm to assist with checkin should you encounter an issue.
If you checkin after 10pm plz observe the HOA condo quiet hours rules - be as quiet as you can with the carts and voice levels

We visited family in the area. Condo was in a great location right on the beach with fantastic views. Pool was nice. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Would stay here again.

I highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean, within walking distance to the beach, and had amazing views! We were also able to check in early and communicating with the owner was extremely easy! We will definitely be staying here again.

Beach getaway

This is a great place to decompress and enjoy some beach time. This is our go to rental if it's available. Perfect for families wanting to spend time together.....highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay

This was a great location in a quite area with a private beach which was just beautiful. however there wra couple of small details that was annoying, the telescope was useless it was broken and the binoculars were very weak we could barley see the dolphins as they swam by. The other minor details we figured out by the time we left, like the gate code.

Property was nice, but expected more since it was advertised as a‘penthouse’. We stayed in a unit on the 11th floor a few years ago and amount space and layout was exactly the same…also was decorated and furnished nicer.

End of Summer getaway

The hubby and I took 5 days to get away from our normal life and enjoy post Labor Day time at Navarre. It was very relaxing. The condo has everything you need and spectacular views. The beach and water were perfect!

We loved this condo! Beach Colony West is our favorite! The view from the 17th floor was soo beautiful! The furniture on the balcony was perfect for having meals together, or just enjoying the beautiful view and sea breeze! The beds were comfy, the showers were always hot, and it’s always so nice to have a washer/dryer. This was the first year we had access to the beach chairs and umbrellawe LOVED that!! The only negative comment I have to say about this unit, and this is being pretty picky, is that the furniture in the living room and master bedroom could be updated, and there really wasn’t anywhere to put groceries that we brought in. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

7 day summer beach trip

Everything was perfect! Todd was great about answering questions before, during, even on the way out! The condo had everything you need. Patio furniture is great. The outdoor couch is great for several people, but even better for naps 😊 Extra Large swimming pool is a huge plus.

The condo was everything we expected when we VRBO. Exceptionally excited the unit came with umbrella and chairs included, all we had to do was show up! Loved the accommodations to be able to rent Sunday to Sunday which is atypical.
