Gulf Island is a 1 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo with Bunks in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and the bunks in the hall are 2 twins size beds. This condo sleeps 6 and has been upgraded with granite counter tops, new stainless-steel appliances and new furniture. It is located on the third floor; we’re sorry there are no elevators. Gulf Island is right between the Gulf and the Sound. So, it’s a short walk to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the calmer waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. Enjoy the community pool with a large sundeck with plenty of loungers for you to use. If you need more action, you can rent jet-skis, kayaks, paddleboard, bikes or scooters. If you’d rather fish, Navarre Beach boasts the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. When it’s time to relax, the most stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound can be seen from your balcony and even more amazing sunsets. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and in the bedroom with free cable TV and wireless Internet. There are 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar for casual dining. You have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals or try some of our local restaurants. This condo has everything you’ll need to make this the best vacation ever. Wonderful Trip

The condo was everything that was advertised and expected. Common areas were clean and well-kept. Location was great - just a short walk across the street to the beach. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a little get-a-way.

Nice Getaway

Overall a nice, clean, peaceful place. Merle was easy to communicacte with and quickly took care of a problem. The master bed was a little on the small side for two people. We enjoyed staying in this unit.

Nice and comfortable

We had a very nice time here. It was a great space to relax, whether that be on the balcony or cooking in the cute little kitchen and sitting around the bar area. Besides the stairs I'd say if you have young kids, teens or even young adults this is a great place to try out.

Our family had a great stay! Close to the beach, awesome pool for the kids, and the condo was spotless! The view from the balcony was great! Had zero issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the beach at an affordable price!

Great location

I’ve visited Navarre numerous times and always stayed on the gulf side but Ive got to say I really like this complex. Easy parking, pool is nice, condo was clean and comfortable, walk across to beach was easy. Will definitely stay here again! Also- best sunset views.

Perfect getaway for the family

We spent our spring break here. The condo was just across the street from a beautiful beach. Even though it was a big travel time we had no problem finding space at the beach for the whole family. Restaurants are great and in walking distance. Grocery is just a short drive away. Also within a short drive is a national park beach with plenty of natural beauty. A great spot to relax and refuel.

Very clean condo

We enjoyed our stay in Navarre and the condo was very clean. With a very short walk to the beach, we spent a lot of time there. Merle was always quick to respond to any questions we had and so was housekeeping. We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Cute little condo! Clean and well-maintained. Nice pool area never got too crowded. Walking up 3 flights was difficult at times, but our views were wonderful! Watched the sunset over the sound from our balcony, and we were able to easily see the flag color from our room. Just a walk across the street for gulf access. Location was great! Close to the pier, restaurants, and shopping.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and very nicely decorated. Everything exactly as pictured. Having everything we needed (aside from food) we instantly felt comfortable and at ease, ready to enjoy our vacation. Hope to stay again! The Perfect Location!

This is my 3rd stay in this Condo! I return because of the perfect location to many things. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Few minute walk to the beach. Short drive to the airport and shopping. Beautiful drive to Pensacola and the exploring we have done there. The Condo is affordable, newly remodeled and Very Clean! The host is easy to reach and quickly replies. My family always enjoys our stay here.

Great little place!

This property was exactly as advertised. Excellent place for the price point. Clean and updated kitchen. Five minute walk to the beach. Great view too. Perfect for 2-3 people. We had a wonderful time. We couldn’t get the ice maker to dispense out of door, but we didn’t work too hard to figure it out. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach Vacation July 2021

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was great! For just a one bedroom condo it was plenty enough room for our family of five with bunk beds in the hall and the couch pulls out into a bed. Very clean and updated, I loved the thick bath towels and linens. It sits in the middle of the island with views of the ocean and the bay with a short walk to both sides. The property manger was also great the work with! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely Beach Property

We have stayed at this complex four times, probably all owned by different people. This particular unit was very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the internet being out , but that was the internet company not the unit or the complex. I was able to speak with property management about the issue. The instructions I received prior to checking in were clear and concise. We will definitely be back.

Great location, perfect for 2 families to stay in one place, had everything you needed to cook. Everything worked as should. Pool was nice after coming from the beach, shower was provided to wash off before entering the pool. We loved that. The only thing is the beds we’re not as comfortable as they felt. Didn’t have enough pillows to help with support. Sheets were clean. Overall stay was good.

It was very quite , clean , and location was great! Super kid friendly not allot of roughness or loudness !!! No elevator!!! But it was worth !!! Great communication with the property person !!! They were repainting the steps so we had to either stay out between 9am to 2pm !! But it was nice!! Will stay again
