Spectacular Springbreak

Highly recommend this place. The house was beautiful, very clean and well furnished with plenty of room to house all 12 of us. The kitchen had very nice pots/pans, storage containers, plates/cups/utensils and lots of them. Bathrooms well stocked with plenty of towels. Sleeping arrangements were very accommodating with spacious bathrooms. Easy quick walk to the gorgeous beach, with provided beach chairs and beach wagon. Quiet and peaceful area with great pathways for walking. Management company was wonderful to work with and very responsive.

Beautiful house with plenty of amenities

This house is by far the best place we have ever stayed in Navarre Beach. Super clean throughout and really nice layout with all four bedrooms having their own private bathroom. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. It has everything you can hope for, is well taken care of, and the location is ideal. It has beach chairs and toys for children also. Would stay there anytime again.

Family vacation 2024 the best !

This was a beautiful house. the house look just as the pictures. Plenty of room for my family , loved the pool and out door space for cooking out, just a very short walk from the beach . Loved the quite peaceful area. Loved being able to set out and the the ocean in a distance, friendly people we walk every morning just over all loved the place . We will be going back again Thank you for our gift basket to . Easy check in and out.

The house was beautiful! Clean and spacious! Enough room for everyone and the kids got to have their own room all to the themselves! The kitchen was beautiful with all new appliances and fully stocked with any extras you may need to cook or grill out! And the elevator was an absolute godsend with our huge luggage!

Amazing House and location

Took a family vacation. House and pool are very clean. Our teenage kids had a blast in the pool. Property manager responded quickly and answered all my questions. Would definitely rent again.

Fabulous house!

We all loved the house! Very clean, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach. Would have liked the pool to be warm enough for swimming for the kids but they got in one day at least when it got fixed.

The house was great for our family. We loved the elevator and the ping pong table in the garage was enjoyed by many. The only downside for me was the water pressure in shower seemed weak. Definitely would recommend and stay again

Beautiful home. Property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Quick walk to the beach and sound. Very quiet at the west end of the Island. If you're looking for relaxing, you'll love it.

Family Vacation with RMI Again

This was our 2nd time with RMI. Never disappointed with RMI. House was great, clean, well stocked. Grandkids and parents enjoyed the pool, ping pong, nice big TV and relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of beach items to use at the beach. Only recommendation would be curtains in one bedroom. Other than that, a fabulous new house. Love Navarre.

Great family vacation at Beach Breeze

Beachy Breeze is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. It was beautifully decorated and met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of beach chairs, a wagon and beach toys to use. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We liked that it was situated between the beach and the sound. It was a short 4 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend Beachy Breeze.

Great Stay!

This property was great. The photos and description are very accurate. Just a short walk or drive to the beach across the street. Beds are comfortable, all rooms are functional, all with bathrooms and TV’s. I loved the fact the showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash installed in a dispenser. We had a short 3 night stay, but really enjoyed having this house for our stay. The property owner left a great gift basket - with handy items that we used and appreciated! If we are in this area again, we will look for this property.

Wonderful Beach House!

Our 6 night stay at Beachy Breeze was fantastic, from arrival to checkout, thanks to our host, Michelle! We were greeted with a welcome basket which set a positive vibe right away! The house was a perfect fit for our family of six adults and five children (all under nine). Honestly, the photos do not do this home justice! It's simply beautiful! We especially loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom with toiletries, (nice touch❤) the pingpong table, the HEATED pool, and that the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and more! Another huge plus was how close we were to the beach! We walked there everyday! Overall, our stay at Beachy Breeze was definitely 5 star!
