You'll have breathtaking views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, wrap around balcony and bedroom suites from this fifteenth floor luxury end unit at The Pearl. Gulf front and Sound side bedroom suites have private balconies and water views. The Pearl of Navarre is a luxury high-rise condominium positioned in the heart of the small Navarre Beach Community. Overlooking the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this lovely decorated home is furnished with a relaxed elegance in mind. Gorgeous, elegant furnishings with beautiful pictures and accessories are some of the amenities of this special condominium.

Rate includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, provided by Sunset Beach Service. This condo has been renovated to provide an open, extra spacious kitchen which flows into the dining and living areas.
The Pearl offers the finest accommodations along the pristine unspoiled beaches at Navarre. Take a dip in one of the two pools (one heated) surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Relax in the Hot Tub after a work out in the fitness center which overlooks the beach. You are only steps away from restaurants, golfing, sailing, boating, fishing, diving, shopping, and everything else this beautiful beach area has to offer.
This unit has 9 foot ceilings, 65" Flat screen HDTV, Stereo, CD and DVD player. Each bedroom has stereo speakers with separate volume control, Flat Screen TV and DVD. The Master bedroom and living room open onto the wrap around balcony with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master bedroom includes a King Bed, huge Master bath with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi, shower and walk-in closet. The Sound side bedroom suite includes a Queen bed, Jacuzzi tub & shower, separate air conditioning and has it's own balcony with a beautiful view of Santa Rosa Sound. The middle bedroom has a full size bed and 2 twin beds + bath with tub & shower. Come on down and enjoy the comfort, elegance, and incredible views that this luxurious condominium has to offer.

Family vacation

Great location, condo was very nice and had a lot of space for our whole family to get together. The kids enjoyed the pool, and very close to the beach, which was nice for taking a toddler up to nap after a morning at the beach.

Wonderful Labor Day weekend

Our group had an amazing time at this beautiful beach condo! It was the perfect beach spot and a great place to watch all of the college football games. The proximity to the beach and pool couldn’t have been any better! The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. We will definitely be returning in the near future!!

15th floor-What a view!

Everything was clean and accessible. Kitchen is well stocked and I loved having the Keurig there. Undertow kept us out of the ocean, but the pool made up for water play. A delightful time and a great host.

Super comfortable and easy

From the fabulous views from the terrace to the location right on the beach this place did not disappoint. The apartment is all on one level and the amenities are great. We enjoyed the beach then the pool every day. It is within walking distance of the pier where we saw many dolphins and turtles.Tge host was responsive and friendly. We’ll be back!

Exactly what we were hoping for!

Absolutely loved staying in this condo at The Pearl. Just as described, very nice, clean and comfy. The second balcony was a wonderful surprise. The swimming pools and exercise room was very nice also. Hope to stay here again.

Wonderful family stay

Our stay at Navarre Beach was wonderful. The condo was very clean and better than described. We loved being steps from the beach and to have the pool and the hot tub was a great way to spend the evening. If you are looking for a room with a view, this is the place. You won't be disappointed. Awesome condo

This condo is gorgeous and the master bedroom is absolutely phenomenal!! The bathroom is huge and the walk in closet is GREAT! I love that two of the bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs….this was a BIG plus! Overall, this condo was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!! The owner, Steve, was great to work with as well and was very accommodating!!

We loved this condo so much! We were on the 15th floor & an end unit which gave us the BEST views of both the ocean & the bay. The sunsets were breathtaking! Amazing condo—wish I lived there!!

From the time we walked into our unit, to the time we had to leave, we had an amazing stay. I am very picky and particular, tending to complain a lot, but this place was amazing. We would definitely rent it again. The Pearl is beautiful, the people who stayed for Memorial Day weekend were all families and everyone was so nice and considerate. The unit was gorgeous, well-equipped and Steve was awesome! It was so hard to leave.

Family Vacation

Since this was our first time using Vrbo we were a little nervous. We had an amazing stay at Steve Northrop’s condo and everything exceeded our expectations. He answered all of our questions promptly. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and family oriented. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend his property highly enough.
