This luxury GULF FRONT 7th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only on-site management company.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, tennis & pickleball courts, fitness center, ample covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 queen sized bes in the second bedroom, and 1 queen sized beds in the third bedroom. Host offers a queen size inflatable bed + linens. Please contact your host up to three days in advance to have the inflatable bed in your unit before arrival.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Rules and Restrictions:
-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 8 at all times.
-Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.
