You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well-furnished bedrooms: 1 King in the primary ensuite, and 1 queen-size bed + 1 full-size bed in the second ensuite bedroom.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), including two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy; BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guests will find a complimentary gift in the unit upon arrival and two (2) parking permits.

Rules and Restrictions:
-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 6 at all times.
-Rental agreement required; all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, you must contact the host before booking; host approval is required.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.
