"The AC made a lot of noise making it hard to fall sleep. The floors were sticky. A vape cartridge and box of spaghetti were beneath the cushions of the good pull-out bed. The other pull-out bed was broken. No discount was offered for these troubles."

"Parking felt very safe (which is important in downtown Memphis) but it was at least 400 yards away from the hotel itself although most of that is indoors. Minor issues that needed addressing were the tub faucet and one of the ice machines on our floor. But otherwise nothing major. Room looked amazing, like out of a magazine."

"So I never write a review like this. So be advised, this will be real amd "graphic" I was traveling with my kids for one night. We arrived late. We had to change rooms 4 TIMES!!! Yes, 4! 1st rooms pull out soga was nasty! Trash and red stuff all over it. So we moved to room 2. On that pull out was a ton of dog hair and what looked like cycle blood. 3rd room the pull out sofá looked lile it had been peed all over with intense yellow stains. I had a King suite reserved and paid for. We finally went to 4th room and pull out was still filthy , but they gave us 2 beds. Which was a good thing ciz of.kids. if I can attach pics, I will. I was exhausted so we stayed in the 2 beds. The sink stopper was stuck in sink. I spoke to manger Iris at checkout and she said "well you are staying at an extended stay" and "nothing will be done. The owners are not switching anything or changing anything out. I was like oh wow. So yall will continue giving people these rooms in this condition and she basically said yeah and that they are not investing any money in to that property. Breakfast is muffins and breakfast bars. Pool is closed and has been for a while. Not cool to pay for this you can use. WILL NOT BE BACK. I will be emailing corporate as well. They should know about this property. Not sure if it will help."

"Immediately noticed the smell of marijuana when I walked in. Check in was ok-could hardly understand the guy behind the counter but he was nice enough. I went for breakfast at 8:35 (open until 9) and there was only 2 pieces of wheat bread, cereal and a few drops of waffle batter left. Juice was out of order and the rest (including milk, yogurt, hot food) was all empty. No staff to be seen, much less to offer any other food options. The room was clean, there was enough parking, and there were plenty of plug options for electronics."

"The bed was the only clean thing in the room. The bathtub was in bad shape and dirty. The shower ceiling had orange residue due to not being cleaned. The ceiling was cracked in multiple places, the doors and door jams were filthy. The faucet for the sink was ready to fall off completely. The pool was green and disgusting. I stayed in room 143"
