"Warm welcome by the owner in a beautiful village in a wonderful landscape. The flat is situated near the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. In the morning you can have your fresh Baguette from different bakerys by foot. Or you'll have lunch or dinner in one of about 20 Restaurants around the corner. "This air conditioned home had everything we needed for our holiday. Imaculate inside, very modern. The added private, gated secure parking was excellent. The home was less than a one minute walk to the start of the shops, bars, restaurants. Very pretty town. The owners, Jean-marc, Jackie and Alexa were very helpful and on site if we needed anything, but not intrusive. Would recommend the Ardeche region and Vallon Pont D’Arc for a brilliant holiday. "Es ist alles super sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und sehr gemütlich. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über das Tal und auf Lussan. Der Pool ist so einladend, dass meine Frau trotz der ungewöhnlich kalten Außentemperaturen Anfang November gebadet hat. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen z.B. wandern direkt vom Haus oder klettern (15 Autominuten bei Seynes)... Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt bei unseren...

"Le gîte est très beau, très conforme aux photos. Très proche d'Ales, mais déjà dans la campagne. Très grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine et le jardin. La route qui borde le jardin est très peu passante donc on est vraiment au calme. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Grande piscine idéale par fortes chaleurs. La climatisation du salon est suffisante pour l'ensemble, si nécessaire, les chambres ont des ventilateurs (que nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser). Les propriétaires habitent...
