"Lovely gite in a lovely area. We particularly enjoyed going to the port to read in the shade and enjoy a drink in the bar/restaurants. Plenty to do and see in the local area with La Rochelle and Bordeaux within 90 minutes to go further afield. Jo was very welcoming and helpful, being only 20 minutes away if needed"

"Un gîte très calme et idéalement placé pour se rendre à pied à la plage ou dans le centre ville. Les chambres au niveau inférieur restent fraîches pour un sommeil parfait. Le petit extérieur est bien agréable pour les repas et la climatisation est un atout majeur en cas de journée chaude.Seul bémol, le stationnement est payant partout sauf dans une rue qui nous a été conseillée par la propriétaire. Et à titre personnel, nous aurions souhaité un four micro-ondes. Je recommande !"

"This is a lovely well equiped property situated in a quiet area close enough to local shops to walk (through the beautiful vin yards) and beaches only a relatively short drive through lovely scenery. We had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone. The host was very approachable and easily contactable"

"Lovely property with antique furniture that suited the essence of the barn-style house. Beds were very nice and big. Everything was clean and well-kept. Quite surroundings and enough parking. Part of the property is a B&B, but we had our own private section and hardly saw any other guests. Beautiful well maintained garden, big trees and flowers, large swimming pool with enough sunbeds.
