"We preferred a place where we could prepare/cook breakfast in the morning and do our own laundry. The room was clean and spacious. Move-in coordinator will get in touch thru email about the check-in and check-out process. We’ll definitely rebook if we visit DC in the future. "

"citizenM was a very cool spot to stay. Super friendly staff and very, very clean. The rooms are small and without the amenities hotel stays usually come with like water, coffee, tea or paper/plastic cups. They are an ecofriendly hotel and that is why. The bar area is staffed 24/7 however and you can get anything you need. With that said, the room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and room lighting options were wonderful."

"The staff was more than accomodating. The building itself is well cared for, clean, and Grand. The Dubliner`s laid back atmosphere and wonderful hearty dishes mean you don`t even have to leave the hotel for a nice meal. A real treat for us was the second floor sitting area where guests can get a nice coffee or tea 24/7. We enjoyed eating breakfast there before going out for the day. Overall--the Phoenix Park is my first choice next time i`m in DC."
