"Check in was friendly and easy. As rooms go it was a double and a single bed with an ensuite which was ideal for my friend and I who were attending a live gig. It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us."

"Excellent experience. The owner could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was snug but welcoming and well appointed and the breakfast experience was really special. "Room was decked with the theme of London which was brilliant including phone box wardrobe and dressing gowns to name a few. Beds comfy, tea,coffee etc available in the room and large bath and shower. Unfortunately weren’t there long enough to sample the food but the menu was extensive and looked amazing. "

"Good night sleep. Bed was comfortable however sides of bed were slightly uncomfortable kept feeling like was going to fall off. Service was great, room was quiet and they have TVs with YouTube and Netflix on, did not have breakfast it would come to this hotel again. Shower was big but door fell off. Managed to fix it, water pressure and temperature could be better. Was lovely and warm In the room and had loads of towels. "

"We found the Fountain a quirky B&B which actually provide breakfast! Our room was a reasonable size with 2 single beds with a view over the fountain. The room was clean and beds comfortable although the stairs up to the room were quite steep and narrow so we left our luggage in the car and only took what was needed for the one night stay. We had trouble with the shower and would rate this as average."
