My only concern is that to get to the elevator to my room, I had to climb 2 or 3 steps, then walk a short walkway, and then down 2-3 steps again. A ramp there would have been easier. To be fair, I did not request handicap access, and did not inquire if there was another elevator. I would stay here again, but I would ask those questions. The few stairs were not impossible for me, but with bad knees, and carrying luggage, it was not easy either. OH, and my room, 403, near a stairwell, was near some sort of banging in the walls for a few hours, around 10 -12. I did not hear it through the night. Could not figure out what it was. I'm sure other rooms did not have this problem, but I booked last minute on Expedia, so I was getting their 'deal' room. It was somewhat annoying, but thank goodness it stopped. Just don't take room 403. ;) "

"Lighting was poor and sink faucet had very little water and no pressure."

"Our room was across from an outdoor exit. Every time the door closed , our door rattled due to the wind generated. I requested a door stop or something to jam the door shut since I was told no other rooms were available. Front desk said they would have it checked. Nothing happened. Otherwise, room was nice"

"The hotel were wonderful. However, the entire hotel had a disturbing odor. in my room, the toilet did not flush right and as well, the refrigerator had a horrible smell to it. Great location other than that I would not recommend."
