"As there were a lot of guests on Sunday, the buffet breakfast hot dishes were cold and there were a lack of staff cleaning tables and making coffee. Seemed disorganised. The following breakfast was better with warner food and not so busy. The room was satisfactory, but shower did not drain very well as it made the whole bath room floor wet."

"Had to park in the “strictly no hotel guests” car park as there wasn’t enough spots in the allocated section. Had to walk over the road to an adjacent hotel for the breakfast every morning. Bedroom was very small, a bit Japanese-esk but Apart from that the bed was the most comfiest I have ever slept on. "

"Clean spacious apartment in convenient location. A challenge with no car/luggage drop off when checking in on a busy street. Kitchen cooking equipment very basic."

"Parking is secure and plenty of it. Staff are wonderful and the property is 5 star all the way. The apartments are spacious, well equipped and set in a beautiful location "

"Exceptional value and close to Manuka if you are there for a sporting event. Clean tidy and warm."

"Powerpoint lacking both sides of bed. Nowhere to plug in charger or cpap. Had to get extension cord and have cord across the room "

"Parking was very convenient, reasonably priced and connected to the hotel. Room was large and clean, complimentary items were a nice touch. Will be my go to hotel when back in Canberra."
