"Finding a place to stay for a month can be hard. Mostly are expensive and the response time is ridiculous. But with my family’s entire stay on her property, it was nothing but a pleasant experience that we will surely never forget. Easy access to staff who provide 110% hospitality and excellent service. "Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....

"We always had great experience with Seda Hotel. Whenever we come to Philippines, we always take a break in Manila for a few days before going to Davao. Seda has always been great! We have stayed in both locations, BGC and Abreeza in Davao and we always had great experiences! The staff is amazing, they are so friendly, helpful and respectful! The free buffet breakfast is phenomenal! Tons of options for both Filipino and non-Filipino dishes. The only thing that we were bummed about was the pool, during our stay they are under going some renovations and the pool was included so my girls couldn’t use it and they were really disappointed but we found other stuff for them to do since the location is so close to everything for both shopping and dining. The next time we’re back in Manila, we will definitely stay at Seda again. I hope they’ll always maintain the high quality level of experience that they provide to their customers. "
