"We booked this venue months in advance for a family wedding. We chose this great venue because of the location and size of the unit. The morning we were to arrive, we were informed that they overbooked and had to relocate us to the Holiday Inn Express 10 minutes away. How does this happen when we paid in full months before? We were totally blindsided. We had no say in the matter and no say on where they were relocating us to. I understand that it is a busy time of year in Newport in June...but...
