"The staff are well trained and although there was a change of owner, there was no change in the standard and with a restaurant on site but unlike the previous time, I didn't have the refreshments. "Chalé bem confortável! Encontramos tudo organizado, limpo e cheiroso. Na pequena cozinha podemos fazer lanches e coisas fáceis. Tinha uma sanduicheira, além do microondas e utensílios. Café da manhã bem gostoso com o famoso pão de queijo e outras variedades. Na piscina pudemos descansar e fomos muito bem atendidos. "

The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."
