Isabella House is a circa 1885 cottage with vintage character and charm located on Canal Street in downtown Natchez, Mississippi. Within short walking distance are such attractions as: The Natchez Visitor Center, Bluff Park and walking trail, The Convention Center, historic Under-The-Hill Saloon as well as beautiful antebellum homes and the mighty Mississippi River himself. The cottage has been lovingly renovated from a state of total disrepair and is available for nightly and weekly stays comfortably accommodating 2 guests. There is a full kitchen with dishes, utensils and cookware provided. The living room and bedroom each open onto the front porch, and each also open into the kitchen. The bathroom has an antique claw foot tub with shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and a blow dryer are all available.
Although furnished with many unique and antique pieces, it still offers modern conveniences such as TV, internet, dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as complimentary beverages. The back porch overlooks the old brick courtyard. It is spacious and private and has a grill and chiminea for guest use. At Isabella House, you'll be within walking distance of wonderful downtown shops, restaurants and entertainment, but you might not want to leave the back porch!
