"When booking rooms for this trip, I specifically made sure the property had an elevator available. Once we get there we're advised that the elevator on property was a freight elevator for luggage only and not for guests. Our rooms were located on the 3rd floor.
The following morning we requested if there was anything that could be done about moving at least one of our rooms, I was advised the other rooms on the other floors weren't available due to prep for closing for the season.
Staff member James, was able to get the accomodations changed and make the stay that much easier for us.
Something, to keep in mind when booking as the elevator on the property is only for luggage, not for guests."
