My stay was excellent: the service, the breakfast was delicious with many options of breads, cakes, fruits, etc. It was very impressive. The clean room was very good. I would like to register that the air conditioner in the fitness center was not working and the TV had signals issues.

The location is a very pretty view of the ocean is incredible Installations are dated and the staff are not trained to be taking care of guests with out proper supervision. The food is good.

Memorable stay

Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount. This should have been proposed automatically and not only after asking…. Also be sure to put the ‘please make my room’ outside of the room as otherwise room will not be cleaned… after all sorted out we really enjoyed the room with frontal sea view and a hammock on the small balcony 😃

Quarto amplo, novo, confortável , com varanda . Equipe muito atenciosa e educada. Café da manhã maravilhoso. O único problema é que faz muito barulho pra dormir , pois tinha uma calha (ou algo assim) solta e batendo. Quando perguntei na recepção, disseram que sempre consertam e volta o barulho.
