Pontos negativos: cama pequena, toalhas velhas (mas foram trocadas todos os dias), não tinha água quente na torneira do banheiro, só no chuveiro. Pontos positivos: localização, custo-beneficio, café da manhã bom, internet boa, bom atendimento.

Excelente em todos os sentidos, todos muito atenciosos, localização, atendimento, foi tudo perfeito. A vista dos quartos é incrível, ar condicionado na sala e no quarto, chuveiro muito bom, cama boa, internet boa. Café da manha delicioso, não deixe de comer a Tapioca que eles fazem na hora. Super recomento este Hotel.

la camera molto spaziosa elegante luminosa silenziosa fresca e sopra tutto pulitissima..!!!. il clima da sogno oltre che condizionatore e' ventilata' e si riposa benissimo, angolo cottura con frigo e tutto il necessario per chi volesse cucinare, inimitabile l'accoglienza al momento dell'arrivo... da scoprire...

Escolhi o Hotel devido a localização (Ponta Negra) e fotos e não me arrependi. O quarto possui ar condicionado, cozinha americana e cama confortável. O Café da manhã foi suficiente - não é ruim, apenas não tem muita variedade entre os dias. Piscina não é grande, mas isso não foi nenhum incomodo. O Staff foi simpático em todas as ocasiões. O Wifi pegou muito bem onde eu fiquei (quarto 209) embora ele tenha parado de funcionar em 2 ocasiões. Minha única "crítica" é a respeito do controle do ar condicionado, como haviam 2 instalados, um dos controles não funcionava - mas só precisei utilizar o outro que estava disponível. E o sofá cama desse quarto (209) estava com um pé torto (para fora), então o chutei algumas vezes. Alertei a recepção e espero que eles corrijam assim que possível

Fomos bem recebidos desde a recepção. O funcionário que nos levou ao quarto fez questão de dar todas as explicações inclusive antecipando soluções para problemas que pudessem aparecer. Café da manhã excelente e com coisas como tapioca e queijo coalho sendo feitas na hora sem custos adicionais. O quarto era muito bonito, bem decorado e confortável. Volto e indico com certeza.
