*** The condo unit is good for up to 6 pax only as strictly implemented by the management of Pico de Loro.

GUEST ACCESS: Upon confirmation of booking, guest will be endorsed and is required to pay an entrance fee (good for the whole stay) to gain access to the beach, Country Club, and all other amenities except for the members-only Beach Club.

Resort fees are not included in the room rate and will be paid separately upon arrival at Pico de Loro with the following rates (per head) below:

LEAN: (Weekdays of January to February & Aug to November): Adult P1000 / Child (4 to 12 years old) P500

PEAK: (Weekends of January to February, Aug to November, and Weekdays of March to July, December): Adult P1400 / Child (4 to 12 years old) P600

HIGH: (Weekends of March to July, December, and all holidays of the year): Adult P1500 / Child (4 to 12 years old) P700

HOLYWEEK/CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR: Adult P1700 / Child (4 to 12 years old) P800

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Guests will need a credit card or avail of a cash card from Pico de Loro admin to settle transactions at the Beach and Country Club. The cash card costs P50 and minimum load is P1,000 which is valid for 1 year. Any unused amount is non-refundable.

• Please bring your own towels and toiletries.
