"We stayed in the family suite while visiting from the US for Volksfest, the accommodations were exactly as expected and convenient. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The views from the two public decks were incredible, making them the perfect spot to unwind with a drink after a busy day at the fest. We would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment is large, but dated furnishings, bathroom, and kitchen. It's on the third floor with no elevator so beware.The reason for 2 stars is lots of bugs (we think ticks) were found on our second day there. Not yet sure if either of us was bitten but there were a lot crawling on the floor, espcially the bedroom. We killed 20.The water in the shower was warm but not hot. It was tolerable but would not be okay during cold weather (temperature was around 70F/22C while were there).Other...

"the Lucas family were very very good hosts, the apartment was also excellent. our only concern when we arrived was that the property was in close proximity to the road, but after about 8pm, the traffic quietened down. "The reception staff were not friendly at all. Room was located in a building about 1/10 of a mile down the road from the main hotel. No assistance with luggage. No amenities in that building, however, the room was clean and very large. Be warned, there is NO air conditioning in the rooms. We were there mid-June and it was over 80°F in the room when we went to sleep! No top sheets, just a heavy comforter, seems to be a Europe thing."
