"A nice older house being used as a vacation rental. It needs some updates. It does have a ductless air conditioner located in the living room next to a bedroom at one end of the house. Also, it has a smart TV but there is no cable or satellite. But it is a gorgeous place right next to the water and close to Grand Rapids. The shoreline is sandy and nice for swimming."

"This cabin is in a great location and the owner had good communication. It is definitely rustic which I knew when booking and have no problem with. Two issues that need to be addressed are that it wasn’t clean. Every room had to be swept when I got there, floor needed moping but no mop. There was old moldy food in the fridge. "Loved the two little cottages! The lake was excellent for swimming! The canoes were nice to have! Kids enjoyed the paddle board! Bon fire was nice! Sunset was perfect each night! We lucked out with superb weather! Only downfall was didn’t have a trail to go hiking. "
