The room I stayed in 823 only had one window shade, the thicker black out privacy screen was completely missing. Had to dress in the bathroom due to privacy and couldn’t sleep in the next morning because it was bright in the room. Told the staff about it, was told I would get Hilton points but never ...

Omni Nashville Hotel
The leather chair for the desk in the room was very worn, as was the sofa. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with the valet parking. The staff was very helpful and polite. The bars had great drinks and the food was good.
