My gorgeous house with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Nashville! But the best part - Only mins to downtown! Only about an $8 taxi ride to the entertainment district!
This is a 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath house
Each bedroom has its own bath!



To get downtown, you have many choices:
- Walk 15 mins to the Music City Circuit stop at the Bicentennial park (free downtown bus service from 6AM - 6PM except Sundays)
- Take a 30 minute walk (My favorite! Along the way browse Farmers Market, then checkout Bicentennial park, then take the capital steps up to the State capital building(check out the view!), then on to War Memorial Plaza and your downtown! Just a short walk down Church St to the entertainment district, and you have to walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River just for the view of Nashville!!
- Take a $6 Lift or Uber ride (Second best choice!!)
- Less than 2 mile drive ( but parking will cost you, especially on the busy weekends!)

Sweet house with backyard oasis & hot tub

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house was perfect! It was close enough to Broadway so we could walk. The backyard was so cute and private and the hot tub very much appreciated. Our beds were so comfy. The bathrooms well stocked. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, I was especially happy to find good knives! The owner very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Mother Son Trip

This sweet house was perfectly set up for together and alone time during our mom/son Christmas trip. It was also nice to be close to everything, yet out of the chaos of the busy city. It was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

This house was a pleasant surprise -n very clean and well organized for guests. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the lovely private garden. We would consider staying here again the next time we are in town.

Third times a charm!

This is the third time we have stayed at one of Richards properties and as usual, it did not disappoint. Came for a concert at the Ryman, which was awesome, and the home was such a comfortable place to come back to on a chilly, rainy night. Always well appointed with everything you need. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Both homes are so well located anything is a inexpensive cab or Uber ride to downtown. Will definitely book again.

Had a great time catching up with friends and staying in this lovely house. There was a slight hiccup at check in but our host was very responsive and got us squared away immediately. Great Nashville Home Base

Rick’s place is great. 2 couples stayed 4 nights very comfortably with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite. The outside area is stellar ! Hot tub and lots of outdoor seating options. We loved hanging out in the warm fall weather. Walking distance to grocery store, local restaurants and farmers market. Quick Uber ride from Broadway meant we could come and go easily. Highly recommend.

The home is very warm and cozy feeling The decor is not over done . Great colors on the wall that are very zen . Made great use of space . The 2 bedrooms are upstairs , if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you . The back yard patio is very nice , love the decor . I had to contact the owner Rick to ask a question and he was quick to respond .
