The staff of this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were accidentally billed twice for parking, and they were so polite and quick to fix the issue it took almost no time at all to resolve. This hotel probably had the best air conditioning and water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel which was such a blessing after a very hot concert at Nissan stadium. I chose this hotel specifically because it had the best recent reviews and they lived up to them!
