Take the spiral staircase to the upper rooftop and enjoy the bar with spectacular, unobstructed views of downtown and the lights of Nashville. During the day, walk to the Parthenon and Centennial Park. Enjoy the top floor’s bar area. This was a reserved unit by the builder and is exceptional.

Great location and view but disappointing

House was in a great location and great view of Nashville. Disappointed on the cleanliness of the house along with trying to get ahold of the manager before checking in. Definitely used and abused place. No kitchen towels to do dishes, beds uncomfortable and only a little supply of paper products. House worked great but needs maintained better.

We love the rooftop view and location was great. House was not cleaned well before we got there. You could tell that someone had smoke in house before and we took off our shoes at door and our feet were black with the first hour

Amazing townhome right outside of downtown Nash we had an amazing time! Allen answered any questions I had immediately! I will stay here again next time I’m in Nashville!

Awesome Views!

Great homebase for our Nashville trip. The 4th floor was awesome for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Allen was a VERY responsive host. Highly recommend.

Bachelorette Fun!

The property is super cute and the rooftop view is amazing! Great spot for a big group we had a wonderful time! The host was super fast responding when we couldn't find the air mattress and brought another over in 30 minutes. Super host had a great time!
