This luxe vacation rental is one of six gorgeous townhomes - In a PRIME LOCATION, only one street over from West End Avenue, which turns into Broadway/Downtown, only a 4 minute Uber ride to all of the Midtown bars and restaurants, and literally directly behind the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel...Doesn't get any better! :) These are upscale, designed to the 9's homes laid out to comfortably sleep 12 people in 4 magnificent bedrooms! Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

Excellent property! Can’t beat the location, updated, and chock full of conveniences. (The provided snacks were a nice touch!) The surrounding streets can get noisy (concerts, etc.), but hard to fault the property for that - it is Nashville after all. We loved our stay!

Amazing Trip!

This was our first time in Nashville and we celebrated my husband’s 50th with close friends. We could not have asked for better accommodations! The house was beyond gorgeous and in a perfect location. The service and communication from Lauren and her team was top tier. We will never forget this trip and will definitely be back!

40th birthday

4 couples went to celebrate 40th birthday. The house gave plenty of room with each couple having their own bed and bath. Located 5-10 min from everything. Host/manager was on top of all the things. We had snacks and drinks waiting for us. Check in and check out were super simple. Would highly recommend.

Nashville Weekend

I wanted a place that was close to local venues, and we found that we were about 2-3 miles from all the places that we visited this weekend. Place was perfect for 4 couples with each of us having our own bathroom. Lauren was a wonderful host. We would stay here again.

Another amazing stay!

The location and details of this property are unmatched. This the second Thanksgivingin in one of the 6 properties. Lauren and Jen are the perfect hosts. We don't need to bring anything with us. Siblings Family Visit to Nashville and Vanderbilt

Great location and very fun, comfortable house. Well stocked with supplies and had snacks/drinks waiting when we arrived. Lauren was very quick to respond to questions before our trip. Runners and walkers in the family had lots of options with the campus and Centennial Park nearby. Upper floors are reachable only by stairs, so getting to the cool roof top area requires climbing some steps.
