• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets

• Please do not move or rearrange furniture during your stay.

• We do not accept local reservations without prior approval. Reservations made by local guests without approval may be canceled without refund.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in must be approved in writing and cannot be guaranteed.

• Same-day reservations may experience adjusted check-in times based on the cleaning schedule.

• For reservations booked outside of Airbnb and HVMB, any eligible refund will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee deduction.



Guest Access:

Guest will have private access to the whole home.

The home is situated in a brand new community with amazing views of downtown and the Cumberland river in North Nashville. We are a very short drive to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Top Golf, and much more!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are usually available within minutes. If you have a vehicle, you are welcome to use the 2 car garage.



Other Things to Note:

-You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.

-Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

-For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb and HVMB, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
