The Space:
When entering, you’ll be more than pleased with the natural light illuminating the open-concept layout. The space feels like it’s out of a magazine, decorated thoughtfully with luxe decor and furnishings throughout.

The living room has a Smart TV, comfortable seating that turns into a sofa bed, and gives access to a balcony that overlooks the beautiful Cumberland River. Enjoy your morning brew outside on the bistro table and plan your day of adventures.

Back inside, the eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with the main appliances in addition to a Keurig, blender, and toaster for your convenience! There are 3 comfortable stools at the extended counter for you to enjoy your meals.

When you’re ready to turn in for the evening, a cozy King-sized bed awaits you in the main bedroom. The bedroom, like the rest of the unit, is completely furnished to make you feel right at home. The spacious closet offers plenty of room to store clothes and has a built-in vanity to get ready at. Steps away, the renovated ensuite bathroom is equipped with a standup shower.

With being just 0.9 miles from Broadway, this property is all about access. You’ll have privacy at the start and end of your day but the ability to be in the heart of downtown within minutes. From the property, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the Cumberland River or jump into a Uber/Lyft to explore Nashville’s biggest attractions. Just as advertised. Worked perfect.

We have no complaints. The maintenance guy stopped by one time to tell us that the unit above us may have had trouble that might affect us just as a precaution, but it never did. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Nashville area.

Cute place along the river. The neighborhood is just ok, a little noisy at night. A couple blocks away it’s a lot nicer. Very close to Sounds Stadium.

It was ok.

When we got here the lock did not work. It also stopped working again later in the day. The location was nice. It was a fairly loud unit. Not well insulated so was woken early every day by people upstairs. The couch was not comfortable to sit in at all. Also there were a cray about do fruit flies.

Great Girls getaway!

Spent 4 nights, scootered to Nissan Stadium to see Ed Sheeran, walked to Broadway, Farmers Market, Germantown, Explored Music Row, The Gultch on the trolley. Great time! Great location.

Great riverfront close to the action

Property was as listed amd well provisioned. Coffee each morning overlooking the river was a nice addition and although walkable to the action in Broadway, we mostly elected to use Uber. Great spot for a lovely weekend.

Great location

Great location to Broadway & all you'd want to do around town. Close to some sketchy areas but I think that could be said for anywhere. Only 2 blocks away from the minor league baseball field too! We enjoyed a short walk over to catch a game, and they do a firework show on Friday nights after the game. We would definitely stay here again.

Good if you aren't spending much time here.

Overall great place to stay. Close to everything and far enough away as well. Lots of construction noise starting at 630am. The chairs/sofa in the living room are not comfortable-never tried the pullout bed. Musty smell when we arrived that went away or we got used to if. Great covered overhang for parking. Pool was nice. 3 story location--this unit is on the 2nd story and there are no elevators. Would probably stay again

Nice condo!

This is a great location when staying in Nashville. Close enough to walk multiple places and easy access if driving. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Condo was exactly as pictured and we found it very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with supplies. And I have never stayed in a vacation rental that offered toiletries like hotels do. Thought that was a very nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway with my wife. Enjoyed the close proximity to Lower Broadway and all of the other attractions. Wifi was a little sketchy and had to use our own streaming service to watch television but not a big deal since we were out and about most of the time. Definitely will return in the future. Go Iowa Hawkeyes.

Nice riverfront condo

The condo was decorated nicely. The location was close to Broadway, only a short walk away. There is construction to the road currently but it didn't cause any noise or problems for getting around. The neighborhood felt safe even at 3 am.

It was ok

Overall our stay was ok. A cute small suite, decorated fairly well. The suite was pretty clean, however had a strong mildew smell, and a couple minor issues such as; a broken handle on the shower, the curtain rod over the sliding door was pulled almost completely out and a kitchen cabinet door was missing. A few small issues, but fixing them could make a bit of an impact on a guest’s impression and experience.
