This single-story condo sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The Nash pad in Illume was wonderful to stay at for a long weekend. The location was great - easy 15-20 minute walk to the Gulch or Broadway. The pool deck was nice to relax in the late afternoon. Nice kitchen and comfy beds.

Condo has a great layout, but there are some issues. Floor planks misaligned, blind missing from patio door, large water stain on picture window blind. We had issues with entry codes when we first arrived, but Vacasa rep was able to rectify.

We stayed in Nashville July 2021… Nashville was on our bucket list to hit the traditional tourist sites. The Illume condo was absolutely perfect for us… very contemporary and very close to the downtown area. We walked to most destinations downtown, but the downtown area is swarming with Uber and Lyft drivers. Loved this location!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The place was clean and well kept. Pool area was nice and relaxing. The downside was the bar downstairs blasting music at 3 am. If you are coming for a bachelorette party, this is the place for you. Plenty of ladies partying and having a great time.

Great location. A quick Uber or Lyft to where you want to go and a quiet place with a balcony when you need some down time. The pool is a nice add on! It is not a "penthouse" in the true sense of the word and there will be people above you. The large walk in closet in the bedroom is perfect to keep your suitcases out of the way. There were plenty of towels and they provide pool towels which is a plus!

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and cleanliness of this condo. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. Beds were very comfortable and we brought a small noises machine to drown out any street noise at night. No need for a rental car as Ubers were there within 5-10 minutes. Our stay was during the week so traffic was not too bad. All in all we had a very nice stay!

If you want to visit the Gulch area of Nashville, this location is great. Very short drive into downtown. Ubers are very easy to get. Good security. Underground parking structure. Decent workout room.

Overall, everything was fantastic. There could be a few additional items added to enhance the stay like sharp knives, extra k-cups, and trash bags. Didn’t effect our overall experience but would have nice to have! Close proximity to all the fun Nashville things and super clean!

This property is in a great area! Lyfts were super cheap to get to Broadway! (~7$ each) The place was tight with 8 people but it sure did its job. The only thing that was not the best was the floor was dirty, lots of dirt and dust bunnies. There was not a broom for us to even clean up with. The kitchen was also not as fully stocked as we thought, no rubber spatula, no baking dish. I can’t say that it diminished our trip at all, but was noticeable. Thanks!

High ceilings, open and new make this condo feel larger than it is. 3 Queen sized beds. 2 nice bathrooms. Plenty of towels, soap, kitchen fully stocked. Nice 4ft pool. 2 parking spaces per unit. Enjoyed the small deck at night. Minutes from the Gulch, Whole Foods, SBUX. Could have used a complete dusting before our arrival.

The location was great- short walk to restaurants and bars in the Gulch. Another short walk from there to Broadway. The place was very nice. Perfect for 2 couples. We only used bedrooms and bathrooms, not the kitchen as we ate out. There was a little street noise, not bad. The worst noise was in the building- the condo above us was very noisy. Woke us in the middle of the night one time. Another day they sounded like they were moving furniture for an hour. All tolerable but still annoying. And at no fault of the owners of this condo. But would be nice to know who to report it to. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a great place to stay in Nashville if you are ok Ubering it to most places. The condo was super clean and fit me and two friends comfortably. Road and guest noise can be an issue but I brought earplugs and slept ok. One night there was loud banging for about an hour at 3am that my earplugs couldn't block out so that was annoying. We made friends with the security guy, Cooper, he was great. The check-in process was not clear. It told us to enter a code to the outside building door that was not accurate. I called customer service and they quickly rectified the problem. All in all, I would stay here again. My review may sound negative but there were plenty of positives.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. Clean, as advertised, full kitchen, comfy beds, decent pool and a pretty quiet building. We read reviews about the noise from the highway so brought a noise machine for sleeping, but it didn’t end up bothering us at all. We expected to have fomo not staying downtown but loved the location - easy 10 min walk to the gulch and 20 min walk to Broadway, $6 Uber ride home. Everyone else we traveled with were crammed into small, noisy places downtown and we loved escaping Broadway after a long night, back to our own quiet private space. The one thing I would say is it is advertised as “a penthouse” but there’s clearly a half level split above us as we heard regular loud stomping footsteps above us. Killed a couple of small cockroaches but seems that is standard in the area. No Bluetooth speaker (expected one to be there) so recommend bringing your own. Overall it was a great place and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had to notify management the moment we checked in. From the moment we walked in we noticed the home was not clean. Dust covered the floor, decorations, and furniture. There were also hairs all over the floor and dirty spots all over. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or washed in weeks. The walls looked like they haven’t been washed in years. The furniture had dust, hair and crumbs all over them. I had to clean the bathroom floor myself before I would even shower. The shower drain didn’t drain the entire time I showered so I was standing in 2” of dirty water while I was showering and the shower curtain had mold on it. The kitchen counter was dirty and sticky. The only thing I can say positive is the bed was comfy and sheets were clean but blanket was not. The comforter in between the sheets was disgusting. It looked like that hadn’t been washed in a very long time. The towels looked and felt clean and were well stocked. We were reimbursed the cleaning fee which we were grateful for but I would’ve rather of had a clean place to stay at while on vacation. Overall very disappointing, especially for what we payed to stay here.
