The Space:

The home is 4 beds, 4 full baths and sleeps 12 comfortably. The bottom floor suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom w/ stand in shower. On the 2nd floor, you will find the main living/kitchen area w/ pull out queen size sofa. You will also find the 2nd full bath and 2nd oversized bedroom equipped with 2 queen size beds. Head up to the 3rd floor where you will find the 3rd bedroom furnished w/ a queen size bed and shared patio area. Right outside of the 3rd bedroom, you will find the 3rd full bath. On the other side of the hallway on the 3rd floor, you will find the luxurious primary suite that features a king size bed, sitting area, workspace, and amazing full bath. The 4th floor of the home you will find the amazing rooftop patio with more than enough room for the whole group to hang out and enjoy the beautiful Nashville skyline.



No pets allowed!



All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the whole home.



The Neighborhood:

The home is in trendy East Nashville with many local eateries, coffee shops, and bars. We are about a 5-7 min Uber ride to downtown.



Getting Around:

There is plenty of rooms for multiple cars in the driveway, including 2 garage spots. Uber and Lyft are also always readily available.

-Quiet hours 11pm-9am

-No unregistered guests on property at any time

-No local bookings without inquiring first. Host has the right to cancel any local bookings without the guest being refunded.

-No pets allowed! We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.

-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.





Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.



For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
