WALK to Broadway, Honkey Tonks, Bridgestone Arena. Country Music Hall Of Fame, Tootsies, Ryman. FREE secure parking, FREE WiFi.

I am close by to help with anything you may need to want to give you your space to enjoy your stay .

We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.

The building is secure with access through our door system Latch I will give you access prior to your check in date it is an app with your email address . If you do not have a smart phone I can generate you a code to do manually .

We have 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths
1 bedroom is a king with en-suite bath
2 bedroom is 1 king bed outside of the 1/2 bath
3 bedroom is a king full bath just outside the door
full bath is in the hall
We have open parking first come first serve as well as some visitor spots in the secure garage , fully stocked kitchen with coffee water and a local Nashville treat.
We also have a patio to enjoy the skyline of Nashville as well as the watching the boats go down the river.

We are in urban downtown Nashville , .5 miles from Broadway you can Uber Lyft , Hop on Hop Off Trolly , Scooter , Taxi or walk to most anything !

We are in an urban area close to the train and the sites and sounds of the city around us , so those noises will be heard during your stay !
Please note this building is in the very heart of Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.

Perfect space for a friends weekend

We had a wonderful stay here, very cozy with a cool view, had everything we needed. Close to broadway and all the restaurants we went to. Train is right next to property but the provided sound machines helped us sleep well. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

Very nice place, lots of room, clean and has everything you need! Great attention to detail including bottled water waiting for us in the refrigerator. We actually enjoyed seeing the train passing by. Owner is very responsive & friendly!

Great spot that worked perfectly for our stay. Spacious and clean condo. Beautiful view of the river. The proximity of the passing trains was fun to watch as they came through a few times a day.

Very clean; cozy, amazing river front view; 15 minute walk to Broadway. Wonderful communication with management team about check in and check out. kitchen had everything we needed and all bathrooms supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash- perfectly convenient. Will stay here again:

Nice trip

Nice clean. Less than 20 minute walk to broadway. Friendly people. Train track next door but trains are relatively quiet. Think of an ocean wave background.

We loved this place! The location was prime for Music Row. It took no more than 2 minutes for an Uber every time we needed one. The condo is immaculate and the view was so cool with the river right there. If I had one complaint, it would be the train being so close but I would 1000000% stay here again no questions asked! The sound machines are a nice touch and the check in process with the Latch entry was seamless!

Loved this place!

Great property!

This place is very nice with extra amenities like coffee, water, detergent, plenty of toilet paper, facial cleaners and bathing supplies. Ride share pick ups were super quick from this location. The property manager is super responsive.

So well appointed, clean and open. Easy drive (about 1.5 Mile) to Broadway. Large rooms great balcony for watching boats go by. Excellent security system. Owners were so responsive about any inquires.

Great property

We had a great stay. Clean and well appointed condo. Walkable to Broadway, but so much more fun to scooter. Great communication from Mark, who answered my messages promptly and was very accommodating. I’m a light sleeper and the train didn’t disturb me. Maybe that’s because the bedding and pillows were so comfy! No complaints!

Short visit with Family

A very nice, but quick visit to Nashville. I would stay in this condo again, and I would recommend it to friends. Not a huge fan of the latch entry system. Worked because we had multiple people and could stand at various entrances to see what unlocked. Labeling of parking and Latch could be better. A few very minor cleanliness issues - much like my home.

Wonderful!

Everything was perfect for 6 adults! We loved that each couple had king size beds. Everything we needed was there for us to use. We loved seeing the train go by and the river view! The only thing was it was a little further from from Broadway than we expected for walking. However we walked it most of the time. It was an amazing place for our first trip to Nashville! Thank you for the beautiful stay! Doug and Heidi Lang!

Beautiful place

Gorgeous unit with great amenities. Beautiful view. Walkable to downtown but $10-15 dollar Uber if not interested in walking. As advertised, there is a train track next to the building and trains began running around 4:30 am when we were there. We had no light sleepers in the group so it didn’t bother us but might bother others. Owners were very helpful with questions. Would stay there again.

A great place to stay to enjoy the downtown Nashville area!

The Condos were clean, roomy with nice views of the Cumberland River. Easy walk along the river to Broadway Street. The host's communication was great and made it easy to check in and check out. Thanks for a great place to stay! We would stay there again.

Immaculately clean, beautiful, and safe property.

The property was outstanding. Hands down the cleanest rental I've ever vacationed in. Walking distance to Broadway or a very inexpensive Uber ride. Scarlett was responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommended for your next Nashville trip!

We had a great time and the condo was perfect for the 3 of us. The trains outside and safety loud speaker took a little getting used to, but could be drowned out with a sound machine. The view of the river and balcony made the apartment extra special. Thank you for having us.

Taking on Nashville!

We had a great time! The condo is beautiful! Trains do go by it, but you get used to them and didn’t keep anyone awake. The location was a walkable distance to Broadway, which we loved! Mark and Scarlett were great with communication and checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, Definitely recommend!
