We had two couples and stayed in Unit B. Parking was available right outside the door and the elevator made life easier. The location could not have been more convenient as it was a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
We were looking for somewhere to stay for IU’s graduation and found this on VRBO. It exceeded our expectations.

Not Accurate Posting
When comparing our room to the AD there was a huge discrepancy. We stayed in unit B. They originally did not give us access to the second room because they go by head count and not personal preference. Luckily we walked over to the property management and they were very willing to give us access to the second room. Once entering, we did not have a kitchen or even places to hang our clothes. We didn’t even have a keypad on the outside of our unit so anyone could get in between our rooms into the small fridge. Having said all that, the location was great and it was quiet around us. Had the description and pictures been accurate on the site it would have received a better rating.
Thought we were getting a regular apartment with a seating area and a kitchen with utensils, etc.Don’t consider small fridge, tiny microwave and a one cup Kerick in the hallway a kitchen. Not even four chairs or a table for four people to sit and talk or play cards! Also a designated parking area where we could stay for a few days. Having to move two or three times is rediculous!

Our stay in Nashville In
We were surprised to find our toilet area only had a curtain and no door. That to me says poor design. The water heater went out so we had no hot water for 2days. The property owner was having a new heater put in the morning that we were leaving. We asked to be given some of our money back for the inconvenience so he gave us 100dollars to split between 4 ladies. We thought that was a pittance since we tried for 2days to get them to do something. We were on vacation and could not shower which was very upsetting to all of us. Needless to say we would not stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there either. The two rooms we stayed in were designed very poorly and there could be some changes made to make visitors more comfortable while they are staying there especially for the price they are charging.

Horrible Customer Service
My overall impression of the property was nice. Great location. However, the evening in which we had checked in, 7/2/22, I was getting ready for bed and pulled the bedspread back. I noticed a basketball size wet spot on the sheet. The smell of urine was very apparent. Being that it was approximately 10pm at night, I decided to pull the bedspread back and sleep on top of it. In the morning, we had reached out the the property manager and was told that all of the bedding would be replaced. We came back in the afternoon to only a clean sheet on the bed and was told they didn't have another bedspread. I felt the sheet and noticed it was still damp. I peeled the sheet off and saw that their way of rectifying the issue was to lay a towel down on the mattress and put the sheet over in order to "cover up" the problem. I called the property manager and was told that it must have been myself that wet the bed. I explained that it was NOT me that did it, but she wouldn't have it. At that point, she hung up the phone on me. I have since emailed the owner of the place and have still yet to hear anything back. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated how this was handled. I will not stop until I get resolution to this issue!!!
Positive points about this property:
-It was very clean
-The location was very good
-The bed was comfortable
Negative points about this property:
-Although it is advertised as the “fire and rainfall room”, there are two distinct rooms, not one. The rooms do not connect, nor is there any common space for gathering. I would not consider taking a family here unless one parent sleeps in each room, as kids could escape without notice.
-The living space is tiny. We had the rainfall room, which was comprised of a king size bed and a TV. No chairs for sitting or a dresser. There is a gigantic shower with a clear glass front that is in the bedroom rather than the bathroom. I would not consider renting this room with anyone except a spouse.
-There were only two electrical outlets in the space. One was at the foot of the bed on one side and the other one was beside the toilet. The one by the toilet was too far from the sink and mirror to be able to use it for drying or curling hair, shaving etc.
-The one wall in the bedroom that did not have a door or shower on it, had several holes that needed to be patched. It also had multiple colors of paint, as if someone had tried to paint over something with a different shade of brown.
-There is no lock on the door to the tiny entryway into the room. The refrigerator is in the tiny entryway, leaving it open for others to come in and take stuff out.
-The welcoming email tells you that you need to unload your car in the 15 minute zone and then find a place on the street to park. in fact, all the on-street parking seemed to be have a two hour limit. We had to find a parking lot and pay to park. It was only five dollars and about a block away though.
The rooms were as advertised. They were clean and easy to get to. Parking was not an issue (saw some complaints in previous reviews). The lighting was a little dark in the bathroom and would flicker quite a bit. The walls are thin and that wasn’t handy in the bathrooms. The shower location took some getting use to. All in all, a good stay.
