Upon arrival, we were told there was no hot water. I asked if there would be a refund and she said yes, we could get it through Vrbo. Upon settling in at our new hotel for the evening, I proceeded to initiate refund procedures through Vrbo. Unable to do it through the app, I had to initiate chat with customer service. That was three days ago now, I was told that I would receive follow up through email, and have not heard anything since.
