"I travel a lot and was impressed by this hotel. It was my first time staying at a Virgin hotel and it was such a cool property. Well appointed, all the visuals very carefully crafted to give it that Nashville vibe but never campy. The staff were all extremely helpful to us and friendly. They seemed genuine and like they enjoyed their jobs and enjoyed helping us. This spot has a great bar and lounge with live music, we saw a custom hat bar set up on Sunday while we were there, plus they have a great rooftop area. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. Comfy beds and pillows, nice selection of options in the mini bar if you want to pay for those, and again- really well decorated in a way that felt like it flowed and fit with the rest of the hotel. It felt like a premium stay without the premium price tag of a hotel in the heart of Broadway. We never had an issue getting an uber and they were all pretty cheap no matter the time of day. I highly recommend this property to those visiting Nashville!"

"Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Outside of the hotel looked a little shady, but the inside, including the room, was comfortable and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and hot. Would stay here again"

"Great hotel. It was within walking distance for all things in Downtown Nashville. Close to the stadium. Great amenities including breakfast, happy hour, flavored water and coffee at all times of day. The property was very secure needing key access to any of the floors and alternative entryways. The staff was very friendly. Food was good. Room was super clean. Would recommend and return."

"Nice stay. Kitchen area and seating area were very nice to have. Bedroom was had what you needed and bedding was good. Bathroom was large and simple. Water pressure was a little lacking in the shower, but it got hot like you want, so no big deal. Comfy place to stay!"

"This was a very clean hotel, and the management obviously took Pride in cleanliness and efficiency of getting the rooms cleaned. Breakfast was adequate- would’ve liked some more options to put in my omelette, but overall good. Within safe walking distance of some restaurants on music Row. Would stay again."
