Built in 1901, this gorgeous home has been completely renovated and is waiting on you and your family! Perfect for families that want to enjoy ALL of Historic Franklin's attractions without having to drive to get to them! Also, our home is located just across the street from two of Franklin's finest wedding venues...The Red House and CJ's Off The Square! We offer perfect lodging for bridal parties! Our home is also just 2 minute walking distance to the famous Puckett's Grocery offering amazing food and entertainment! Many restaurants and shops steps from the front door! Park your car and leave it there for your entire visit! And of course, exciting Nashville is only a 20 minute ride away!

Wonderful wedding weekend location

Great location, easy and quick communications with host, plenty of amenities, very clean, just a wonderful time at this property! We were in for our sons wedding and the church was in walking distance, CJ’s for the reception was around the corner, everything was so close and easy to get to. Wonderful wedding weekend!

Great Location!

This was our second stay and we once again really enjoyed our time. Very close to the main street with restaurants and shopping. Lots of parking available and my kids had room in the backyard to kick around a soccer ball. Had a couple minor issues but the manager responded to us very quickly.

Gem in Downtown Franklin

This is a great property convenient to historic downtown Franklin. The house is spacious quaint and well equipped with beautiful decor. Off street parking was as nice feature. The owner was very responsive to any request. We will definitely be coming back to visit.

Great house with awesome A/C in downtown Franklin

This was our 2nd stay at this house. We love it. Would highly recommend. The only thing that was an issue at all was the internet is not great. It's fine for checking email and such, but you can't count on being able to do "work from home" kind of stuff because it is too slow. But hey, a very small thing for sure.

We spent a week at this house in Franklin for our sons wedding week. It could have not been more perfect! The house was so cute and very charming. It had everything we needed. Very convenient to the wedding venue , CJ's Off The Square. Walkable to historic downtown coffee shops, restaurants and bars, shopping. Thank you for the memorable week here in Franklin. Highly recommend this vrbo. You will not be disappointed. Oh, we loved the outdoor space and fire pit too.
