Beautifully remodeled house. Great location. Easy to get Ubers. Property manager very attentive and responded to all inquiries right away. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing to be aware of is the stairs as it is an older house so stairs to 3 of the bedrooms are steeper than the usual. LOVELY PLACE

2024 Family Christmas

This home was ideal for our family Christmas get together over MLK weekend. There were 12 of us and it provided 2 spacious living areas, comfortable beds and a great outdoor space. This home is central to many of the area attractions. If we are in the area again, I would not hesitate to return to this beautiful home.

Wonderful Home

Our stay was wonderful! The home has been nicely redone, in a great location. It had everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfy, the fenced in back yard was appreciated by our pup, the kitchen was well stocked, etc. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect for the weekend!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was amazing. A very short Uber trip to broadway and the house has everything you could need to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and I look forward to coming back!

Yearly siblings and spouses vacation

The house was great. We had 10 adults and there was more than enough space for everyone. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The dining room table was even big enough for everyone. They provided lots of bath towels and many other essentials. Fire pit patio was also nice in the evenings.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Close proximity to downtown, just a short Uber ride. I rented this place for my wife to celebrate her 50th birthday with her friends. They absolutely loved it . Location was great easy to get to and close to everything. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. We would most definitely rent there again.

East Nashville

Definitely one of the best properties I’ve rented through VRBO. Nice quiet escape from the downtown. We used Uber for transportation, which we highly recommend. Restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely return to this property when visiting Nashville again.
