Welcome to the Conway Buyout! Located in downtown Nashville, this buyout includes 2 4-bedroom units that sleep a total of 28 guests.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

We strive to ensure each guest's experience is exceptional. Please note that while the apartment you receive will meet our high standards of comfort and quality, there may be slight variations in layout and design from the images on the listing. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Each unit has three flights of stairs with steps leading up to the common door.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Wonderful property

This property was very clean and easy to access It’s a 7 lift ride to the broadway strip or a 20 min walk depending on your ability The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and well stocked with everything you need We will definitely be booking again next time we are in town

Nice place, lots of space

Pros: We rented two side by side units for a group of 11 and we had more than enough space. Cute decor, comfy couches and beds. Stocked with coffee, tea, shampoo, soap. Plenty of parking out front and under the building. Cons: Floors were dirty, bring house shoes! We were hanging out in the kitchen at 9:30pm one night and someone with a door code walked right into our unit. She looked at us and left in a hurry. We were obviously very concerned, especially since this unit isn't in the best part of town. We called the property manager and they assured us it was housekeeping and apologized. It seemed a bit odd for housekeeping to enter a property at 9:30 on a Saturday night. Needless to say, none of us were able to sleep very well that night.
