Everything was at the level of expectation I had for the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The lady working the kitchen on 5/4 was really good! She made sure everyone who came down had something to eat and was just really nice in her ways of dealing with people.

The property in our stay was okay overall, but they need to get more variety on their breakfast. Also our bed was pretty hard, and we mainly pick this hotel for the hot tub and it was basically not working at the time, the Jets were barely working. Other than that it was okay.

I like the pool area, everybody was having fun. Something I don't like to much was that my bathtub plug wasn't working so that's why we move to the pool area but it was nice because we had a good time.

The condition of the room was disgusting. The entire room was dirty and the floor by the bathroom was all wet. The bed that was made from the sofa was heavily stained, broken and screwed on the floor. The person staying with us there was completely unable to use the bed properly to sleep on.
