Discover Nashville from our two-bedroom, less than 2 miles from Broadway. Ideal for couples, small groups, or business travelers seeking a downtown stay! Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, dining/work area, cozy sofa sleeper, full bathroom, and two private bedrooms. Note: Mini fridge provided.

Our 2 bedroom unit is part of a building with three other similar units. You will have a king sized bed in the master along with double bunks in the second bedroom. The living room has plenty of room to hang out and relax along with a kitchen to allow you to eat in if you choose!
We provide off street parking along with plenty of on street free parking if you choose.

We have a keyless entry system which allows you to come and go with a code instead of a key.

We are local and available anytime you need us, but not on site.

We are located just outside of downtown (1.5 miles) and to the west of Germantown. We are a very short drive to everything Nashville's downtown and Germantown have to offer!

Our unit is very centrally located. We are a very short uber/lyft ride to all of downtown and Nashville's best neighborhoods.

Do you have a group? Inquire about renting another unit in this building up to (4) total!

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Needed more information

The property was clean. I’m not sure how it sleeps 6-8 comfortably with just 3 beds. Check in was fine. The neighborhood and location should be disclosed. The area around felt very unsafe. We witnessed a domestic dispute while unloading our cars. There was an extremely loud and disruptive parade/block party Saturday morning starting at 6 in the morning continuing in to about 11. No one was able to sleep. There was very disruptive construction going on next door all day that also prevented us from sleeping.

Bohemian Retreat Review

While the property was ultimately what we needed during our stay, which was a place to sleep - it was a bit disappointing considering the amount of money charged. The picture above indicates a large bedroom with working lights on the nightstands. However, having stayed in that bedroom, I can confirm that there is only an outlet under the window, and unless we brought an extension cord, we could not use the TV or the single light on the nightstand. Additionally, the wi-fi was very spotty and kept kicking us off. We had 4 adults, each with their own form of electronics that were very difficult to all use, as there was limited electrical outlets throughout the unit. The unit was also very musty, which could have been the entire property, as it is an older building. I also recommend whomever does the cleaning of the unit focus a bit more on the restroom as the shower and tub seemed to not have been cleaned as well as perhaps the rest of the space.
