The first floor of this home includes, the first bedroom features a queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom, as well as plenty of closet space.
Please keep in mind that there is a locked and off-limit garage that is private for the owner of this home.

The second floor features a beautiful kitchen, with a large island with bar seating, and a long dining table. Perfect for having large groups! There is a half bath located as you walk in, along a desk space and desktop computer.
On the other side of the second floor, there is a large living area with a tv (featuring YouTube TV), seating, and has a queen-sized sleeper-sofa. Perfect for groups looking to have a 4-bedroom space!

The third floor includes 2 large bedrooms, both with a queen bed and spacious ensuite bathrooms.

The rooftop is one of the best parts! Enjoy the amazing views from your private rooftop with friends and family! There is a grill, dining area, and plenty of seating for everyone!

We have a keyless entry system. You will get a code a few days prior to your arrival that will start working at your check in time and stop at your check out time. We have a free parking lot area along with free street parking available.

If you choose to bring a car we 1st come first serve parking behind the unit along with plenty of street parking.

We love recommending Uber/Lyft for our guests to use. There are also electric scooters around the area for you to use powered by a phone app. These are perfect for getting around the whole city!

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
